Refund Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

We want you to be happy with Metadata Express. Every feature is free to try for 5 days before you pay, so you can make sure it fits your workflow.

Your first payment

If Metadata Express isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we'll refund it in full. No need to give a reason.

Renewals

You can cancel anytime, and you won't be charged again. Renewal payments aren't usually refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal without having used the app since, we'll refund that renewal.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the subscription ends and the app stops working on your computers.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
